About us

October 2011 - We just launched our new website. It is still the same system that lies beneath. A system, which for more than 4 years, we have been working on every day, improving and optimising it. To maintain the high level of standard, we've simply wrapped it in a new design but don't worry! We've retained its ease of use!

I, Anders, own the company. We put a lot of effort in trying to be a little different than all of the others. A little smarter. A little more service orientated. A little better than all of the rest. But how do we accomplish this?

I personally believe that happy customers create a healthy business. That's why it is our task to ensure that you are a happy customer! Now, the million dollar question: How do we make you a happy customer? Over the past 4 years, all of my work has been based on 3 simple concepts, which I believe is the best recipe for success!

1) Our products (game servers, voice servers etc) must be top notch - the best!
2) It must be super-easy for any customer to start using our services and products.
3) Our customer service must be the best - by far!

We've accomplished a lot of this - not just in Denmark, but also in Norway and Finland where we also offer our industry-leading services. But that doesn't mean we are stopping now. The gaming industry is developing every day and in turn, we have to keep up. I try to do this along side my amazing colleagues, most of which I've listed below!

Anders Eiler
I am the owner and CEO, responsible for the major decisions and strategies within the company.

Mads Juhler
Is in charge of co-ordinating and checking our support team are performing to the best of their ability.

Patrick Theander
is our chief of sales, responsible for marketing, sponsoring and making us look good (where appropriate!).

David Plassmann
is our system administrator, working with our network and hardware to make sure everything's running as it should.

André Valentin
is our project leader and makes sure that the many project we start to develop and improve our business, realise their full potential.

Per-Arne Ramberg
is department leader in Norway.

Last, but perhaps most importantly is Nikolaj, Casper and Christoffer who are our front-line supporters. These are the people who will help you if you need assistance with your game / voice server!
