SpeedGaming has a map server, which you can use with your game server for free.

The map server is used, when new players connect to your server. If they do not have the map, which is currently being played, they will download it from the map server. This is much faster compared to if they had to download it from your game server.

You can use the map server with all game servers that supports the sv_downloadurl command. Here's what you've gotta write in your server.cfg to make the magic begin:

Counter-Strike: Source
sv_downloadurl "http://files.speedgaming.pro/css"

Counter-Strike 1.6
sv_downloadurl "http://files.speedgaming.pro/cstrike"

Counter-Strike Condition Zero
sv_downloadurl "http://files.speedgaming.pro/czero"


If you wish to add something to the map server, add it to a .zip or a .rar file and upload it somewhere (i.e. rapidshare). Then, make a new helpdesk ticket with the download-link, and a SpeedGaming support crew member will add your files to the map server as soon as possible. Remember to keep the original files on your game server as well, though ;-)
